I used Direct Express Auto Transport for transporting my car from MD to TX. The service was good, the transport process was clearly explained. The only drawback was the wait to locate a driver which took about a week after registering. I was notified immediately when a driver was in the area which was actually on the day i wanted to transport my car. The driver again gave me an estimated drop off time and promised he would be in contact should there be delays. He lived up to his promise as the scheduled drop off time had changed d/t setbacks with other drop offs but he kept me in the loop along the way. He was very professional and it was good working with him. I would use this transport service again. Very good service and professional staff to work with. Thank you all!
