I went online to Google car carrier transporters. I received 15 quotes within 20 minutes. I contacted several companies which responded to my request asking about Military Discounts plus some other questions I had. Through another reference I had heard good comments about Direct Auto. When I asked my questions the individual I talked with immediately gave me a $25.00 discount plus answered my other concerns. After discussing the information with my son since it was his car, we decided to use Direct Auto. I contacted them again and set up a delivery time. They told me they would contact me before the scheduled pickup date and let me know when the car was assigned to a truck and who to contact to arrange the pickup. I was contacted as indicated and within a few hours the truck driver contacted me and introduced himself. At this time we made arrangements for an early pickup, since I already had the car ready to go. When I delivered the car, the driver was very professional, inspected the car, loaded the car and gave me information to forward to my son about the approximate delivery time. As promised the driver called my son and made arrangements to delivery the car as promised. The car was delivered in the same shape it left Missouri and had not been tampered with during transit.
I would use this transporter again when I need another vehicle shipped.
