From the initial call, the company was straight forward and friendly. There was clarity on the cost and the expectations of service. The only detail was that we received a couple of calls from possible pick up drivers before the time window we had set, but once that was clarified we received a call within the timeframe set. The truck driver was friendly, professional and clear. He called to let us know when he would pick up and when he would deliver and it was on time. During the transportation time, the driver called to inform of progress and confirm the delivery date. The car arrived in good condition. We were very pleased with this company.
