My car was available for pick-up in Indiana on a Monday and it was assigned a truck on Wednesday. The driver contacted me on Wednesday to let me know that it would be late Thursday or early Friday. He called me again on Thursday to confirm a time on Friday morning. The driver was very polite and he kept me informed. I met him again on Tuesday in Long Beach. It was easy and fast. I would use the company again if I needed to ship a car.
