We would highly recommend Direct Auto. Firstly, their price was extremely competitive. Secondly, their customer service reps were very friendly, they were knowledgeable and advised us how the entire process worked and were very reassuring. The car was picked up almost immediately after the available date and was transported with no problems and arrived on time at the destination.
The driver was exceptional. He was very thorough, he left us with the knowledge that we could contact him during his entire route. Also, at the destination he was great - he called ahead of time to give estimated arrival times and followed through, keeping us informed, until he was at the front door. He was fabulous.
When we began this process, we were contacted by many companies; most of whom provided us with horror stories, trying to encourage us to use their company. We are so glad that we stuck with Direct Auto - they did exactly what they said. We are very, very pleased.
They did offer us $10 to write this review - but we would write this review regardless - we could not have been happier.
