Having been jerked around by another transport company. I e-mailed Direct Express on Saturday giving the first day available for pick up of both my cars as Monday. Sunday I received an e-mail informing me that I could be contacted Monday morning for a Monday pickup.
The gentleman who called was polite and on time. He carefully inspected the cars and told me they would be delivered no later than Friday.
On Friday, true to his word the cars were delivered to California in excellent condition.
Not only was this whole process handled in a professional manner but the cost was less expensive than the original carrier I contacted.
I don't expect to relocate again but if I did there is no doubt I would use Direct Express again and without question I would recommend them to friends and family
