Our first pickup date did not work out, but it was easy to work with Direct Express to reschedule for another pickup. The pickup/delivery driver called ahead and was very courteous and prompt. The cost of the transport was better than anywhere else I had quoted. The combination of excellent customer service, timely delivery and low cost made this an excellent experience!
