Driver had a hard time finding my house in the small town I live in (narrow streets). Eventiually, I had to take the car to him on the major highway.
Driver and his dispatcher were very polite and helpful. Car was delivered in a very short time, coast to coast. The driver in California dropped the car off at my son's work, saving my son time and effort. It was just a few miles away, but still nice service.
Overall it was painless and efficient. The price was in the low quarter of the many bids I got. I selected them based on feedback on the web and was happy that the research I did worked out.
