This is my first time using a car transport. I purchased an ACURA NSX. I really wanted a enclosed carrier but didn't want to pay $900-$1200 for them so I chose the cheapest company I can find for only $600 and since Auto Transport Direct have a very good BBB rating I chose them. Use there user friendly website on Tuesday late noon and got an email back right away letting me know that Williams Martin Transport will be picking it up. Got a number so I called them and they said they will be picking it up on Wednesday. Picked up the car on Wednesday late night FL and they left my guy with the drivers cell number. So I figured it might take about 3-4 days to get to Dallas, but I was anxious so I called the driver Friday noon and he said he could deliver the car for me on Friday night but if I am not available he can drop it off Saturday. I told him I'll wait for him Friday so he said he'll be here around 8pm. Waited patiently and by 7pm my cell rang. Chuck the driver called and said he's here. Walked outside and takes about 15-20 mins I got my car. PERFECT CONDITION! Thank you Chuck and Auto Transport Direct! Definitely recommended~~~!!
