I was very pleased with the service provided by Direct Express Auto Transport. The whole process from start to finish was much easier than I thought it would be and the 675 dollar price tag was less than I thought it would be. I was notified in a little less than a week that a transport company had been assigned to my vehicle and I would be contacted by that carrier. The carrier contacted me and we discussed the shipment and possible dates of pick up and delivery. The pick up date was right on but the delivery date was a day late due to circumstances beyond the control of the driver. He did contact me and apologized for being late. However he still delivered the car faster than I originally thought he would. I would not hesitate to use their service again should the need arise.
