My car was shipped from Huntington Beach, CA to Nacogdoches, TX. The first available date is Jan 6th, but they picked up my car on Jan 12th. And the driver said it gonna be 2 days ship to TX, I can get my car on Jan 14th. But The driver NEVER called me, I called him EVERYDAY, and ask when can I get my car. The driver always said TOMORROW. Every time I called him ask when can I get my car, he said tomorrow, but I did not get my car until Jan 22th. Sometime I called the driver, he did not answer my phone. I absented my job for 3 days, because I did not get my car!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Fengtao Dai is dissatisfied with the service but our carrier did deliver his vehicle safe and sound to Nacogdoches, Texas. It is not at all unusual for trucking schedules to get behind a little. We wish Mr. Dai lots of success in all his future endeavors.
