I was pleased with the overall experience with Direct Express. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional and friendly. My driver maintained contact with me at pickup and delivery and was very professional. He arrived early at both ends but checked in with me if this would work for me. What I thought was going to be a complicated process ended up being very simple from beginning to end. Moving cross country is stressful enough without having a major task such as shipping a car be traumatic or unpleasant in any way. Direct Express made this transition seamless and comparatively inexpensive for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
