My car was picked up on time and delivered on time. The auto transporter used an open truck that held a single vehicle. I think the driver drove straight through as it took about 3 days to drive the 1200 miles. The only trouble I had was finding out when the car would be picked up once the auto transporter was assigned - the phone number I was given to reach the driver was an out-of-date phone number. Other than that, the transport was handled very professionally.
