Don't rmemeber the name of the person I spoke to but she was very helpful, friendly, and knew what she was talking about. Price quoted by live person and web site were identical. Both quotes were quick and didn't ask for umimportant information.
Driver was very impatient but delivered the car fast and in good condition. He even had it unloaded when the pick-up person arrived. I just wish I would have been notified when the car was picked up so I had more time to get money to person who accepted delivery.
Price was $225 cheaper than the lowest of 8 other carriers contacted.
