I received several bids from other carriers but there was always some additional cost and they started out higher. Direct express Auto Carrier was the lowest bid and it included everything I needed for a secure transfer. The people on the phone were pleasent and courtious and made sure I had all my questions answered. My driver kept in constant contact giving estimates as to when he would arrive. Because of traffic he had to revise his estimate. My car was clean and neat in the enclosed trailer and the driver carefully pulled it out and parked it in my garage. The whole experience was a positive one and if I ever need a car transport again I wiil call them again.
