The customer service was indeed very, very good. I was worried about timing because I was scheduled to leave on a certain date and had not heard yet from the company that was picking up my car. I called at different times, just to make sure everything was going to work. Each person, from DEAT to the actual delivery group, was great to speak with and set my mind at ease. Once the car was picked up, it was at my destination in less than 48 hours - far better than I could have expected. The expense was a little hard for me, but it was worth knowing that a trained driver was taking better care of my car than I could have, with it towing behind my moving truck.
