Direct Express Auto Transport made our move so easy! All it took was a simple phone call, a small deposit over the phone, and our car was picked up in just a couple of days. The driver was on time, and was nice enough to call the day before to set a pick up time. He also called when he was close to my home to let me know exactly when he would be there to pick up my car. The company called me while the car was in transport just to keep me posted on where the driver was. Then, the driver also called to let me know when he would be arriving with the car. We scheduled a pick up site near our home ( a shopping mall parking lot) so that he would have plenty of room to unload the car off of the truck. We watched him remove the car from the truck bed and that was pretty amazing. Our car was on top with a Pick Up Truck behind it. He had to take the truck down, and then our car. The driver was very careful and experienced! Our car was in perfect condition! We paid him in cash for the remainder of our charges, and we drove off in our car.
We would recommend this company to anyone who needs to ship their car!!!!!!
