I've used another auto transport service that did not deliver my vehicle with the urgency of Direct Express Auto Transport. - The latter- initially gave me a tentative date for pick up and delivery with no guarantees. - I was amazed when a gentleman called a few days later stating he was enroute to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. - He stays in contact with me often - via phone until the vehicle drop off. Needless to say - I'm a happy customer and would use their service again.
