Our experience with auto transport direct was very positive. After researching different delivery companys, auto transport direct had the most economical delivery charge. They were efficient in answering the phone, no holding time, and answered all our questions. They were prompt in assigning a carrier- first carrier unable to delver, so auto transport direct immediately found Erin & Bills Automotive. They, in turn were excellent in communication, contacted us about status of delivery, called when he was close to our home- couldn't be more pleased. My only suggestion would be to have a written receipt of balance paid at our end. We had to hand write a receipt of balance and have driver sign it.
