My service order with Direct Express Auto Transport was a good experience. The people who answered the phone when I first called were knowledgeable and friendly. I called back two times to verify various pieces of information, and they were very responsive to my concerns. The driver of the vehicle was friendly, quick and safe. I was surprised at how quickly he made it across the country! I would recommend their services to others interested in vehicle transport.
