I am very happy with the service I got from Direct Express Auto Transport. I called a bunch of places to get quotes on transporting my car from Los Angeles to Chicago and Direct Express Auto Transport gave me the best price. Their staff/customer service were also very nice and knowledgeable. They were super accommodating when I was trying to figure out which day I wanted my car to be dropped off and were very patient with me-even though I changed my pick up date twice. The driver was also extremely nice and courteous and managed to get my car there right on time. My car was a little dirty, but nothing a car wash couldn't fix. Overall, I'm really happy that I chose Direct Express Auto Transport to ship my car. Would definitely use again.
