We have two cars to be shipped from Kansas to New York. We initially planed to ship them at different time by Direct Express Auto Transport. After we learned that the shipping time is within 1 week window, we decided to ship the two cars at the same time. The company was able to schedule this change quickly. Finally, our two cars were shipped together and arrived at the destination as expected. The cars were dirty but no damage incurred. Overall, we are satisfied with this company's service, and would use again in the future.
