The quality of service was great! I never had to transport a vehicle and I must say, my wife were a little nervous about the whole idea. I called Direct Express and within a day I already had a truck assigned to my vehicle. The person I spoke with was very informative and everything went like clockwork. The car was picked up in Florida on Sunday morning and arrived in Pittsburgh Monday afternoon as promised. The dispacher called several times to let me know just where the transporter was when he was getting close to my home. If I ever have to transport a vehicle I will definately use Direct Express again. Wanted to mention also, the driver Jose was very thorough going over the car and very professional!
