In a world where custoemr service does not mean anything anymore, Diret Express Transport really came though. I must admit, I was wiating for the phone call to say there was a problem but no call ever came. They did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it and at a great price. The website to sign up for service was easy to use, the people that called to give me pick-up and drop off info were polite and were able to answer all my questions and the drive was very customer friendly. I have already given the number to Direct Express Transport to a couple people and I would use myself in the future.
