The driver came to pick up my car two two days prior to the agreed upon date. When I called to see if it could be rescheduled, the rep was not only rude and hung up on me, she told me that I would be charged a cancellation fee. I had no one to actually receive the car once arrived which is why I specifically needed to have it shipped at a certain time so that I could be on site to sign off. Highly do not recommend. Please do your research.
