I would like to take name of the agent here who was helping me transporting my Honda Accord from Tallahassee, FL to Chandler, AZ. Her name is Madeline. For Madeline, my rating is 5 out of 5. From overall rating I am taking 1 star off because the driver was not reachable and was not informing me about the updates of the vehicle.
But overall a very very nice experience because of the lady who was very courteous and extremely nice.
