When I looked at the reviews on Yelp I was a little bit leery about the company. I expressed my concerns to Elizabeth C. and she eased my mind. So very often people don't take the time to write a review when everything goes smoothly. Well, I have to hand it to Direct Connect! They did a FABULOUS job! They delivered on all of their promises. The transport team communicated along the way and were very friendly.
