I purchased a 2007 Volvo S60R from an independent dealer in the San Francisco area after a two year quest searching for this vehicle in pristine condition with specific options, miles, color, etc. I live in Boston, MA and needed a shipping company. The dealer used Direct Connect in the past for another customer and had zero problems and set up the initial process. I reached out to them directly and decided to use a covered transport as it wasn't too much more than the open carrier especially since the car would be traveling transcon. I spoke with Marlo at Direct Connect and she was very cordial on the phone and walked me through all the required steps. I also had no trouble contacting Marlo via email and she responded promptly to all my questions/concerns. The whole process went extremely well and the driver picked up the car from the dealer on the scheduled date and delivered the vehicle to my home address exactly on schedule in clean condition. First time utilizing a vehicle shipping company and the price was very competitive to others I researched. The only tech improvement (more from a curiosity factor) would be to allow GPS tracking of your driver/vehicle via the site or an app. Perhaps just not possible aside from having dispatch call the driver directly since the carriers are contracted. Overall, zero complaints and many thanks!!
