I have never dealt with a transporter before and after some research and receiving various quotes, I was very concerned I was dealing with a lot of bozos! Then I came across Direct Connect and spoke with Nathan. He suggested rather than trying to deliver the car to my residence in a remote area, we might go directly to Sacramento and engage a common route from Texas. Well, that is what we did and everything went extremely smooth. The driver had called the night before to arrange a specific pick-up time and arrived right on time. He was an experienced driver and did not give us a hard time when we checked his ID, and insurance certs. The bill-of-lading was accurately completed and the transport began. At the destination the driver called not once, but twice to zero in on the delivery time. Again, he was right on-time and the car arrived in the same condition it left Texas in. The driver was a class act, and I appreciate Nathan making this all happen. We were transporting our eldest son's car to us for his dad to use. Not the most valuable car, but it was very important to us that everything went smoothly. Thank you Nathan, and Direct Connect. I could not be happier.
