I wish that Direct Connect had been the first transport business I had contacted. I had been literally waiting for weeks for one of their competitors to live to their promise. When I contacted John at Direct Transport he listened to my problem, offered a resolution to provide an expedited move of the car from NY to SC, and then proceeded to do everything he said he would do. I was very pleased with the outcome. My car arrived in SC with no issues. Experience was totally non eventful. I would not hesitant to do business with John and Direct Transport in the future. Excellent customer service is important to me. This move was not a typical move but John and his team made it easy for me.
They do what they promise.
