Our contact person at direct connct was Bob Harmon. From the first phone call to the actual delivery, Bob was extremely helpful and professional. We felt that Bob was genuinely interested in helping us and very patient as this was our first time transporting a vehicle. Bob and his staff made it happen and we are very grateful. Also, the driver , Stephan, was most pleasant, courteous, and delivered the car right on time!
