I am thrilled to report that the transport of our client's auto went very smoothly. Having had no previous experience shipping a car, I was quite apprehensive about the whole process, not knowing who I should trust. In response to an online request, I received many quotes, with the prices being from $400 all the way up to $700. Kyle of Direct Auto Transport was very informative, telling me how the whole process worked. He gave me a quote that he said was "realistic" and then asked me to read the reviews on this website. After looking at many different companies, I chose Direct Auto Transport because of its good review history and because of Kyle's honest and forthcoming manner. He was informative without being pushy. After we signed on with Direct Auto Transport, they had a truck for us the following day. Their dispatcher, Jessica was amazing. She was professional and patient, making sure that all arrangments were made to our satisfaction. The only thing that went wrong with the actual tranport was that the truck was late picking up the car. This was due to the fact that the driver got lost. The driver stayed in contact with us throughout the process, though, so that was okay. The car arrived safely at its destination on time and with no damage. I highly recommend Direct Auto Transport and, if I ever need to tranport another car, they will be the company I use. Thanks Kyle and Jessica!!
