quoted a price 6/28/2011 payed then told by robin it would be 3 weeks. Patiently waited 3 weeks came and went. spoke w/ scott on 7/21/11 we where 4th on list. scott informed me that if i added 100$ to my bid that surley a truck would p/u our truck soon. i declined,i havent even gotten the service i already payed for. 8/1/11 spoke w/ scott again, again tred to get me to add $$ to my bid to ensure pick up, scott added an unauthorised $25 to our bid/fee. 8/9/11 spoke now w/roger we are 6 vehicle for p/u roger tried to get me to add $ also to the already agreed amount and i still six weeks later had not recieved any service. 8/12/11 asked roger to please refund my fees ( like i belive it will happen). I explained that this was my sons truck who is a senior in high school who had just moved down to be w/ his termanly ill father. 6 weeks no service except request for more of my money. i do not feel this is a reputable or honest company and can not recomend thier services to any tax paying american. the only thing i got out of this was NO SERVICE and REQUEST FOR MORE $$$ beyond contractual agreement, and had to watch for the unauthorised monies.
