I can count on one hand the occasions which I've written a review for a company, and all but this one were negative. I was extremely nervous about shipping my new Cadillac CTS from Los Angeles to Atlanta, so I'll admit that I probably wasn't the easiest client to deal with for Brian. On the initial phone call he explained to me in detail how the process would work, and he made it sound so easy that I was a bit skeptical. Every bit of nervousness and skepticism was for nothing as the process actually did go exactly as Brian explained. My car was picked up and delivered exactly when he said it would be, and the bargain price never changed! During the 5 day transit, I called Brian numerous times to check in on the progress, and it made me feel great that he answered his phone every single time. My friends had all told me about the nightmares they've had with moving their vehicles so I was worried. After working with Brian at Direct Auto Movers, I'll never worry about transporting my vehicle again, and I know exactly who I'll use! I would recommend their services to family, friends and anyone looking for a smooth process in relocating their vehicle.
