Poor Communication, No follow through

I had already given another broker the deal to haul my car from CA to FL. After about 1 week with no success or estimated pickup date I received a call from Bryam Pilcher. He said he had a carrier that could pick up the next day so I gave him the go ahead and notified the other carrier to remove the request from their system. The next day I followed up and found out Bryan subbed the haul to Sawgrass Auto Transport in Pompano Beach. I called Sawgrass directly and was told the car was to be moved that afternoon and they gave me the driver's cell #. It didn't happen that day or the next day and the driver didn't contact me or the lady who was waiting for the pickup. He finally answered the phone at the end of the 2nd day and told me his boss changed his route and he wasn't doing it, someone else was and his boss would call me. No call, nothing on the 3rd day from either company so at the end of the day I sent notice to cancel to find someone else that would do the job. Later that eve I get an email from the lady who's waiting 3 days at home that a driver called and he is 4 minutes from the house with no notice. I don't know who he is but he calls my cell with an attitude, do I want it moved or not? I told him no I had been trying to find out who is doing what or who they are and he hangs up on me. Same call, same attitude a minute later from Sawgrass office who couldn't call all weekend when I was leaving messages. I told him don't touch my car because I don't trust them. Currently looking for mover #3. No matter what they tell you it all seems to be a lie. Bryan told me how concerned he was that it was his job to make me happy but on the 3rd day he was nowhere to be found and not returning messages. He blamed it on these "Mexican" haulers the day before and it is my fault because I wasn't paying enough money for the job. Yet he was the one who called me and named the price. I just need to find one honest car hauler if there is one. Last time even worse problems with a different company holding the car for extra money before unloading it. That;s another review.

I never mentioned the racist remark of Mexicans to this gentleman- He asked what race they were because he had an accent. Obviously he already had a bad taste from some other company that had given him the runaround. He called and we had a driver there the next day that he apparently did not like because he had a spanish accent. This is absolutely not our practice around here and that is an accusation that has been entirely fabricated! We do always strive to make all customers happy and that shows with our outstanding track record and the fact that we have been in business for over 15 years of great service and happy customers.
