To Whom it May Concern,

My name is Mrs. Amy Lunn and I would like everyone to know what a fantastic experience I had with the nice folks at Direct Auto Movers. First of all, I didn't have any idea how to get a car shipped but I did what most people would & looked on Google. Well, I was bombarded with calls & emails from probably 60 companies who all pretty much had the same price and said all sorts of negative stuff about everyone but themselves. I was talked into giving my credit card to a company in Florida who promised to have my pickup in Texas by the following week. Long story short, the neglected to reply to my emails or voice mails and I became very concerned. I have a newborn baby, my husband is in the Military and I was going to drive the 2 days because of this companies incompetence. They didn't even offer to repay me the 200 i had given them. Well, my aunt's neighbor told me to call a gentleman named Bryan at Direct Auto movers in Fort worth, Texas - I was very apprehensive but after speaking with a lady named Lisa there I was willing to see how things would go. They have their own trucks and driver that work for them and I didn't realize the other company was just a greedy broker who left me high and dry. My truck made it to Texas quicker than i ever would have imagined and I'm willing to put my name on them. If you need a car transported try calling them and I bet you'll be surprised how easy it really can be.
