Mr. Bill Vaughn,
I want to express my deepest apology for any inconvenience that you may have incurred while having your daughter's car shipped back home from college. After numerous conversations with you and RETURNING EVERY DOLLAR OF YOUR MONEY BACK TO YOU, I have honestly put forth my best effort to try and resolve this matter amicably with you and now I'm left very confused. If anything, I thought you would be writting a positive review about our company due to the efforts I made to appease you and resolve the situation. Your upset because the driver let you know that he would be a day late delivering the Lexus even though he was TWO DAYS EARLIER THAN ORIGINALLY QUOTED- and at that point you made the decision to drive to his location and pick up the car instead of just waiting till the next morning when he clearly stated that he would be there by 9am. He had to replace a tire and you were informed of all the details throughout the whole process. I awsered the phone all 14 times that you called on a Sunday afternoon which was supposed to be my day off. You had made an agreement with me not to slander our firm if you got your move for free- So, I held up my end and returned all of your money and you still wrote this negative review about us. I made numerous calls to you in an effort to try and resolve this matter but you continued to Yell & Use Profanity which was not appropriate. Your wife was kind enough to call and apologize, and let me know that you were upset because your daughter had failed or missed a class at college and needed to return right back to the origin which was very upsetting to you and let me know how much she appreciated everything. You asked me to take the vehicle back for free and got very upset when I let you know that the truck was already fully loaded going back & that we couldn't do it for free as asked. Please let me know what I can do in order to make this right? I've already returned all your money once again & apologized for a flat tire numerous times.
