Long Distance transport that didn't happen!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY LEFT ME AND MY CAR STRANDED!!
1) They Do Not exclusively use their own carrier fleet as they speak to and quote.
2) First driver - Anthony's Transport- was supposed to pick up Friday 2/23/18. Truck broke down and driver contacted me directly. I then contacted James (Sr. Transport Coordinator) and gave him the information. He nor dispatch seemed aware of the issue. Dispatch (Maria) contacted me back fairly promptly advising they found a second carrier- a Direct Auto Carrier. Dispatch gave me his name and number and stated he would pick up Monday 2/26/18 from 9a-11a.
3) Second driver - NEVER SHOWED UP! I tried contacting the driver several times with no answer and no voicemail. I also contacted both James and Maria in dispatch. They gave me no reason for the no-show and James stated he would have to cancel my order! I was leaving that day and driving with a friend from CA to IN. James was very cavalier and just told me I would have to find another transport company, there was nothing they or he could do.
4) THEY LEFT ME STRANDED! I had to inquire with other companies and after 3-4 hours I found another carrier, but paid much more because of the immediate need. I did get my $150.00 deposit back from Direct Auto, but the aggravation and time spent far exceed that amount!
