James told me to pick up at 2ed, and when they did not show up, they said 3rd, and 4th and 5th, and I gave up. they never come, you never know where their driver is. what is worse,James do not know where is the driver and any update information, he told me to call Lucy the customer servise who seldom pick up the phone and leave you to voice mail all the time, and finally you got through one time the whole day, she speaks with strong account that you can hardly understand. Trust me, do not use this carrier, this is the most terrible experience and nightmare if you use this Direct Auto Carrier.
