DEPENDABLE THEY ARE NOT! BBB "F" RATED. Spoke to Kelly and set up pick up of our car in California which we were told would be picked up in 1-2 days.We asked her if they were a broker that posted vehicles to the National Board or a transporter, she stated that they were a transporter with their own trucks and did not post. We asked her several times through the call which she reponded the same each time. The paperwork to be filled out was faxed to us at our home, we filled it out and faxed it back immediately. The next day we called Dependable to make sure they got the papers and to make a small address change on pick address. Dave (owner) said that the change was minor and would take care of it. We also told him we didn't put credit card number on paperwork because we didn't want just anyone to see them and would give them to him over the phone. Dave said it was not necessary and they would get it when the car was set up for pick up. Kelly called a little while later and stated that we forgot to put our credit card number on the paper work, we told her that we had just spoke to Dave earlier and he said they didn't need it until the car was set up for pick up but we would give it to her if she wanted it. She said she would speak to Dave and get back to us. We waited a few days for them to call to confirm date of pick up and they never called. So, we called them and spoke to both Kelly and Dave who stated that the car was scheduled for pick up but couldn't give us a pick up date and said they would call us back.They never called back so we gave them a few more days when we received an e mail and phone call from another company stating that Dependable had posted the vehicle which Dependable claimed they didn't do.When we called Dependable to confront them and lying Dave the owner through Kelly said we don't have time for you and we're cancelling the order and hung up on us. We tried to call them several times to clear up what happened and Kelly repeatedly hung up on us. We called again the next day and spoke to Dave (owner) who stated that their truck was ready to pick up our car but our credit card number was declined. We asked him how they ran a cc# they didn't have.He remarked that we didn't want to give them a # when if fact we offered it several times.I also asked why they lied about posting vehicles and he replied they have 2 ways of doing things and maybe our paper ended up in the night girls work and got posted by accident. I reminded him that we asked both he and Kelly several times if they posted and they both said no. He then told us that he didn't want to pick up our car, so I told him we would notify the BBB and he said go right ahead. We found out too late that Dependable has BBB raitng of "F" due to complaints.
