To big to care!
Years ago DAS was a good company. NO MORE! They say the are a carrier ...but they do broker out. Once they had my money I never heard from them again! Forget trying to get customer service on the phone. No replies from my emails. But no problem getting through to sales though...You can see where there priorities are!
Just because they are linked to Ebay and Auto Trader you think they are ok...well think again.
They took 34 days to get my van from Ohio to California. I did ship in the busy summer season...but that is no excuse for no communication and no customer service and 34 days to ship.
I am in Hawaii and have not seen the van yet as it still has to go on a ship to get to me,so I cannot comment on its condition.
