Shipped Address to Terminal. Pick-up and Delivery were on-time as promised. A friend also shipped a vehicle at the same time to the same terminal as the one I had my car dropped off at. Nothing was missing from either vehicle, no additional damage. People on the phone and at pick-up terminal were friendly and helpful (friend's car had dead battery - they helped try to charge battery, helped us find location to buy replacement battery).

Neither of us had any complaints about DAS - all worked as advertised. We would both use again...
