I chose this company after reading numerous reviews about how
responsive they are to their customers and the quality service
they provide.

I hired them to transport my vehicle from Baltimore, MD to Sacramento, California. My car sat in Baltimore for nearly two weeks
before pick-up. When it finally arrived in Sacramento there were
numerous areas of damage. I contacted the company immediately
and I've been getting the run around ever since.

They do not respond to phone calls. One day, I called all day
before I could even get through to a live person. The adjustor
they promised would contact me never did. They lied about my
car being fully insured from MD to CA. Though there price was
low I would have gladly paid the additional money for the insurance
to avoid the cost of the repairs I have to make now.

They are undependable, unprofessional and dishonest. They do
not provide accurate information to first time customers unfamiliar
with the business or this service.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this company to anyone
and would definitely not use them again.
