Poor customer service, updates, and bad info

Still waiting on vehicle that was promised last week. Called Customer Service who was rude and very unhelpful. They can't tell me when the vehicle will arrive or why it is delayed. Asked for a manager to call me back and never got a call. Web site still shows original delivery date, but 1-800 number now says date has moved out another week. Tracking vehicle on real time tracking and it is moving farther away from my address than closer. Read other reviews that say it could be over a month before the vehicle arrives.. I won't ever use this service again -- even if EBay recommends this!
