This was a scary situation for me. We were sending our truck to our son stationed in San Diego and I prayed that the helpfulness and honesty of the person on the other end of the phone that took my order was telling the truth. I read the reviews but I also shopped around and found that all is basically equal.

When I dropped the truck off at the transport depot I had concerns but the staff there was friendly and courtesous. It appears that was the same on the other end because my son is happy to have his truck.

I loved the computer tracking - that was extremely helpful. Thank you.
