I shipped two cars from Utah to PA. My first car arrived late & was damaged. I have filed a claimed and even after two months there is no response. My second car which I dropped at the same time as my Lexus but my second car came back a week later. Surprisingly damaged also - Not as bad as the first one but both cars were rear ended. When I had received my first car I thought ok it is only an accident but when my second car arrived damaged - I just wished that I should have read reviews more carefully and not used this company. I will NEVER use this company again and I will NEVER recommend NOT-Dependable auto shipper to anyone at all. I am frustrated now b/c my car is still parked damaged in the parking area and the NOT-Dependable claim form (Who never response) says do not repair car until it is inspected by their claim represntatives.............. Please find someone else to transport your car.
