Outstanding service, from quote to delivery!CA to FL

Previously I had two vehicles shipped to me by DAS, one from Florida and the other from Chicago, IL. With both of those deliveries DAS kept me informed as to status in a timely manner. Deliver in both instances was right on time. Both vehicles arrived in A+ condition. From the driver to customer service to the website tracking i found only comfort and professionalism.

This time, I was going to ship my vehicle from Los Angeles, to Pensacola Florida. It was very important that the vehicle arrive on a specific day as I was going to travel to pick up the vehicle in Florida for immediate use.

I initially scheduled on-line, then confirmed by phone with Richard. Then completed the paperwork at the Gardena, CA location, where the charming young ladies were patient with me explaining my options and what to expect. They were most professional.

Like clock work, the vehicle arrive on the arranged date. I received a phone call from Gil who is the Pensacola rep for DAS, he kindly offered to pick me up at the airport, take me to the storage area and make sure that the vehicle had arrived to my satisfaction. I informed Gil that I may not arrive until 9 or 10 PM, but that didn't phase him. i was picked up taken to my vehicle which was in perfect condition. Not only that, Gil took the time to reinstall my plates and programmed my GPS so I would not get lost leaving his lot in the dark en-route to an unfamiliar location. He went way above and beyond.

I have only the highest praise for DAS and would recommend them to anyone who needs to transport any type of vehicle. I plan to ship another vehicle to Florida after the first of the year and will absolutely use DAS. Feel free to contact me regarding my three [3] experiences with DAS. Cordially, Sonny
