I waited for hours to hear about a pick up in a poor economy. They must use the richest drivers this side of Kuwait. I could not get anyone to pick up a car in San Jose. NO ONE RETURNS CALLS.

Unfortunately, DAS cannot track this issue. The reference number provided by the customer does not match any numbering format used by DAS. We are wondering if this poster may have been calling a different company. Our sales staff is available approximately 14 hours per day Monday through Saturday, and it is extremely rare for us not to be able to pick up a car within 48 hours.
