Very good experience, but...

Car waited approx. 10 days before it was picked up for shipping at the first terminal.
Car was delivered clean (they washed it) and in excellent condition (no damage) when we picked it up.
The car arrived at destination terminal before (4 days before) the date that was estimated to us. But after the date that we were thought as it was slow to leave the original terminal.
Once the car arrived at the destination terminal, we were not called by DAS. We tracked it online & called them, so that we could pick the car up.
The most helpful information regarding the tracking of the car was on the DAS website. The tracking information was up to date, so we knew exactly where the car was. Great feature!
Our overall experience was very good (no damage to vehicle and not too expensive).
