Stay away from DAS

My car finally arrived, NOT on time. And that's not the worst news. The sirius antenna was stolen! When I dropped off the car, it's not a problem cause sirius antenna is very short. When I picked up the car, it's gone. Searched every corner of my car, no luck. Called DAS's customer service, the only words I got is "IT'S NOT COVERED". They even won't TRY to find it. Actually they can replace their whole "damage claim" department with an automated robot repeating "IT'S NOT COVERED" for ever.

Conclusion: Stay away from DAS if you have ANY other choice. In case you really don't, take off everything which might be removed. Because "it's not covered".

It is requested from all customers that all antennas be removed prior to shipping. Unfortunately, this is not an items that we cover.
